This project included a new build clubhouse behind the existing street façade retention.  The clubhouse provided new locker rooms, wash facilities and function suites.  The design of the golf course elevation aimed to mirror the original clubhouse.  Extensive glazing from the main lounges provides panoramic views to Arthur's Seat and the Queen's Gardens.
