Work on this courtyard development in the West of the city was completed early 2006.  The residential section of the site which includes 86no. units, has 100% parking provision, and the courtyard design creates a community within this previously derelict site.

The elevation design consists of brick and render finishes, which reflect the traditional agricultural palette of the Chesser area.
