Planning was granted for this new build flatted scheme for 132 units in Glasgow in 2006. The design is modelled on the existing original Victorian crescent opposite the site. All proportions have been considered in detail to mirror the existing crescent facade.  A large communal green space has been created in front of these flats reinforcing the crescent theme.  Stone cladding, metal balconies and slate are proposed.
