Planning permission for 21 apartments and 15 mews houses was granted in summer 2008. This is a restricted site forming part of the Waterfront Masterplan. Originally successful in gaining Outline Permission in 2005, SSA are retained as architects to see this project through to completion. Work is expected to start on site in 2009.
