This residential development is on an extensive Waterfront brownfield site in Leith. A total of 101 units, of which 19 are townhouses. The sensitive design has allowed for maximum efficiency of the site connecting a communal green space with private gardens. Contemporary design commended by the CEC Planning Department.

Work was completed on site in summer 2008.
