This proposed new build residential development for 49 flats on the outskirts of Rosyth is currently home to a disused MoD Roman Catholic Church, St Peter & St Paul which has been subject to recent vandalism. The design aims to address both street frontages to Ferry Toll Road and Castle Road, enhancing the local area.

Planning consent was granted in November 2008.
