
SSA were appointed to provide proposals for this
industrial site. The innovative design maximises
site density whilst providing high levels of green
space, by using a combination of cantilevered blocks
and parking beneath the buildings at ground floor
level. The scheme will provide 85 residential
units and 100% parking. The proposal achieves
a design with considerably higher density than
anticipated for a site in this area. Planning highly
commended the quality of design and approval was
granted in July 2004.
