SSA produced outline design proposals for a new residential masterplan in Fenton Barns in summer of 2008. The design approach is a modern and sympathetic interpretation of traditional East Lothian Housing.

The proposals are currently at community council consultation stage, with outline planning consent submission due for 2009.
