
This mixed use development for Park Lane provides
86 No. residential units and 60,000 sq.ft. of pavilion
office space, with 100% parking provision. A blend
of traditional and contemporary ideas identified
the different uses and maintained a consistent
palette of design features and materials reflecting
the traditional agricultural buildings in this
Chesser area. The development brings commercial
and residential uses together in a courtyard situation
enhancing feelings of community and safety. Project
completed September 2005.
