
SSA designed a sensitive solution for this
listed former GPO building in conjunction with
Norwich City Council. The building, which
is Grade 2 Listed, plays a significant role in
both the history and the regeneration of this city
centre area. The Planning Permission is a
mix of residential and commercial uses. The residential
comprises basement parking, apartments, duplexes
and luxury penthouses, whilst the A3 accommodation
located to the front of the building features a
café bar and restaurant.
